We first engaged with Luke when we were looking to buy a house where he was the selling Agent. We were so impressed with his approach, we decided to hire him to sell our house in Staffordshire. We spent a lot of time getting the marketing right, ensuring that the photos and videos brought out the best of our lovely house. We agreed a clear strategy to achieve the right sale with the right buyer and the house was sold in just over 3 months , which was the fastest sale achieved in our area. Luke was fully committed from day 1, was in daily contact ensuring we stayed with the strategy even when some of the decisions we had to take were challenging.
