Exceptional. Luke managed the process with integrity, expertise and pragmatism to achieve the best possible outcome for both sides. Can’t recommend him highly enough and look forward to working with him again.
Luke helped me buy my first and forever home. His commitment and professionalism is second to none. I felt supported and cannot express how much I appreciated his diligence and guidance in what was a nerve wracking part of my life after parting ways with my other half. He recommended Underwood and Co solicitors and I have to say they were the perfect partner to help me buy my home in an efficient and timely manner. I saw the house in June and was handed the keys in July.
I have only admiration and gratitude for Luke’s efforts on my behalf. I was the buyer and he was representing the seller but it didn’t feel that way- I felt as if my hand was held and guided all the way to completion. Highly recommend Luke’s services- you won’t be disappointed. - Parveen Akhter

We first engaged with Luke when we were looking to buy a house where he was the selling Agent. We were so impressed with his approach, we decided to hire him to sell our house in Staffordshire. We spent a lot of time getting the marketing right, ensuring that the photos and videos brought out the best of our lovely house. We agreed a clear strategy to achieve the right sale with the right buyer and the house was sold in just over 3 months , which was the fastest sale achieved in our area. Luke was fully committed from day 1, was in daily contact ensuring we stayed with the strategy even when some of the decisions we had to take were challenging. But excellent experience working with Luke and we highly recommend him .
Working with Luke selling our property has been a completely different experience. He is caring, thoughtful and incredibly hard working. Very recommended.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Luke on the acquisition of a multi-million property, and I must say, he exceeded all expectations. From the initial viewing, it was apparent that Luke is not only a professional but also a kind-hearted individual. Throughout the process, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to empathize with both parties, effectively balancing our interests as buyers with those of the seller.
Luke’s approachability and willingness to address and resolve difficult issues were remarkable. He possesses a unique ability to navigate complex negotiations, ensuring that both parties felt heard and valued. His dedication to securing a favorable outcome for us was evident, as he went to great lengths to ensure our satisfaction.
Furthermore, Luke's generosity shone through when, at the end of the deal, he made a significant, unsolicited donation to a charity of our choice. This act of kindness truly reflects the caliber of his character and his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the realm of business.
His communication skills are impeccable; he is indeed a smooth talker, but in the most constructive and engaging manner. This, coupled with his negotiation skills and altruistic spirit, sets him apart in the real estate industry.
I wholeheartedly recommend Luke and his team for any of your real estate needs. Working with him not only guarantees a favorable outcome but also a meaningful and pleasant experience. I wish him all of God’s best with his company and look forward to the opportunity to work with him again in the future. Choose Luke for your next property endeavor, and I assure you, you will not regret it.

We dealt with Luke Mcarthy and he was truly amazing with the efforts he made to get our difficult sale over the line. I can highly recommend Fine &Country and Luke Mcarthy.
They are quite refreshing with their work ethic.

Luke is a great agent to work with, very proactive and responsive while also being candid and honest.
Luke was an absolute pleasure to work with when he sold my flat for me in Primrose Hill. He is dedicated to his clients, contactable at all times and does exactly what he says he will do. If I’m selling a property again, I would undoubtably use Luke to do it for me
Found the level of enthusiasm and professionalism to be off the charts !!! Delighted to have met Dimitrius a very polite professional that leaves no stone unturned and Luke absolutely first class in every way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
